Distance Sales Agreement

This agreement is prepared pursuant to Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

2. Buyer Information
The purchaser of the service is identified by the name, email address and phone number provided at the time of booking.
3. Subject of the Agreement
This agreement covers the sale of pre-booked passenger transfer services via the youtourer platform. The service is performed by a licensed transport operator on the specified date, time, and route.
4. Service Price and Payment
The total price is clearly displayed before booking confirmation. The price is fixed — no hidden fees or subsequent markups. Payment may be made online via Visa or Mastercard-branded cards, or in cash upon completion of the service. Card payments in Turkey are processed through PayTR's PCI DSS-compliant infrastructure; international card payments are processed through Stripe. 3D Secure authentication is enforced on all online payments.
5. Service Delivery
The transport service commences at the date and time specified in the booking. The passenger can track the driver's location in real time. In the event of a delay outside of our control (weather, traffic, force majeure) our support team will intervene.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Cancellation
The consumer has the right to cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations 1–24 hours before pickup are subject to a 50% fee. Cancellations less than 1 hour before pickup and no-shows are non-refundable. Withdrawal requests should be sent to [email protected].
7. Dispute Resolution
Disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved by Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts. Turkish law applies.
