Cancellation & Refund Policy

Free Cancellation
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your scheduled pickup are completely free. Your payment will be refunded within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Partial Cancellation Fees
12–24 hours before pickup: 25% fee, 75% refunded. 1–12 hours before pickup: 50% fee, 50% refunded. Less than 1 hour before pickup: 75% fee, 25% refunded.
No-Show
If the driver is waiting at the agreed location and the passenger does not appear (no-show), the full fare is charged and no refund is issued. If you are running late, contact your driver through the app.
How to Cancel
Click the 'Cancel' link in your booking confirmation email, or write to [email protected] with your booking reference. Requests are processed 24/7.
Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 3–10 business days depending on your payment method. Card refunds are subject to PayTR or your bank's processing time. For cash payments, please provide your bank account details to [email protected].
Platform-Initiated Cancellation
In the event of a cancellation initiated by the platform or operator (vehicle damage, availability issue, force majeure), a full refund is issued. If you prefer an alternative vehicle, no additional charge applies.
