1. Service Description
youtourer is a mobility-as-a-service platform connecting passengers with licensed transport operators. We facilitate bookings but are not the direct transport provider. All rides are performed by independently licensed and insured operators who meet our quality and safety standards.
2. Bookings and Cancellations
Bookings are confirmed upon payment authorization or cash selection. Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the fare. No-shows are charged the full fare amount.
3. Pricing and Payments
All prices are displayed in full before you confirm your booking. Prices are fixed and distance-based with no surge pricing or hidden fees. Online payments are processed securely via Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1 compliant). Cash payments are collected by the driver at the end of your ride.
4. Liability
youtourer acts as an intermediary platform between passengers and transport operators. Transport operators are responsible for the ride service, vehicle condition, driver conduct, and insurance coverage. youtourer is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, flight changes, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of youtourer shall be resolved in the courts of Antalya, Turkey.
