This form is prepared pursuant to Article 5 of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation. Please read all sections carefully before confirming your booking. At the payment step, you will be asked to tick a confirmation box acknowledging that you have read this form.
Seller (Service Provider) Information
1. Nature of the Service
The service purchased is pre-scheduled passenger transfer or intracity transfer. Bookings are made via the youtourer platform and performed by a licensed transport operator at the date, time, and route specified in the reservation.
2. Total Price (Including VAT)
The service price is shown clearly at the booking step and includes VAT. The price is fixed — no hidden fees, fuel surcharges, or subsequent markups. Charges are in Turkish Lira (TRY).
3. Payment Methods
Payment may be made online via Visa or Mastercard-branded cards, or (where the operator allows) in cash upon service completion. Online card payments are subject to mandatory 3D Secure authentication.
4. Right of Withdrawal and Exemption
Under Law 6502 Article 48 and Distance Contracts Regulation Article 15/g, passenger transport services to be performed on a specific date or period are EXEMPT from the right of withdrawal. However, we offer flexible cancellation and refund terms as described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
5. Cancellation and Refund Terms
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. Between 24–1 hours: 50% refund. Less than 1 hour or no-show: no refund. Refunds processed within 3–10 business days. See /iade for details.
6. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
For any issue, please first email [email protected] or call our 24/7 support line. For disputes, Turkish Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction.
7. Record Retention
This preliminary information form — together with the date it was shown to you and acknowledged — is stored in our systems for 3 years. You may request a copy at any time.
Payment Service Provider
Card payments are processed via PayTR infrastructure in Turkey and Stripe infrastructure for international cards. Both providers hold PCI DSS certification. Your card data NEVER touches youtourer systems; it is handled on the payment provider's secure iframe / redirect surface.
