Mode 1

Your customers, your fleet

You serve your own customers at your own price and on your own commitment. The customer relationship, and work that comes through your own channel, stay with you; you manage bookings, assignments, trips and collection records in the Business Panel.

Joining the network is not a precondition for using it this way. 0% per-trip platform commission on your own-customer work does not mean a free software subscription. Company, driver and vehicle documents are reviewed before activation; this page offers no subscription price or sale.

Work from Youtourer

Youtourer or an authorised demand channel brings the job. The seller shown to the passenger and the promise made are recorded; an eligible operator accepts the job and carries it out.

Network admission is by invitation and review; commission and payment terms are set separately by contract. An application does not promise bookings, coverage in your city or network access.

Operator-to-operator handover

You hand a job you have accepted to another operator through the permitted hand-over flow. The original customer promise, the source of the job and the chain of responsibility are kept; the new carrier sees only the data needed to run that job.

A hand-over does not by itself change the promise made to the passenger, the price or the cancellation terms. The flow is being evaluated in a controlled pilot; general access and automatic transfers of money are not offered.

The definitions follow the service modes in the draft operator agreement. The draft is under legal and accounting review and is not in force.
