Is any personal data shared with the city dashboard?
No. The city dashboard receives only aggregated, anonymized data. Trip data is aggregated by zone, time period, and operator — individual rides cannot be traced to specific riders or drivers. No names, phone numbers, email addresses, or payment details are ever included.
What is the KVKK compliance status?
youtourer's data processing for the city dashboard operates under the 'legitimate interest' basis (KVKK Art. 5/2-f) for public transport regulation. A formal KVKK impact assessment (VERBİS) is available upon request. Data residency is Turkey-only.
Can the dashboard integrate with existing municipal systems?
Yes. The city dashboard API supports data export in standard formats (CSV, JSON). For deeper integration with existing BI tools (Tableau, Power BI), we provide a read-only API with authentication. Custom integrations are available for enterprise deployments.
How is data freshness maintained?
Trip data updates in near-real-time (< 5 minute delay). Fleet and operator data syncs every 15 minutes. Historical reports can query data from the first day of platform operation in the city.

The basic city dashboard is provided at no cost to participating municipalities as part of youtourer's operator licensing commitment. Enhanced features (custom reports, API access, BI integration) are available under enterprise agreements.
