How far in advance should I book?
You can book up to 365 days in advance or as little as 2 hours before pickup. For airport transfers during peak season (June–September), we recommend booking at least 48 hours ahead to guarantee your preferred vehicle class.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track all flights in real-time. If your flight is delayed, your driver's pickup time adjusts automatically — no extra charge, no rebooking needed. You also get 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time at all airports.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Changes to date, time, or destination can be made through your booking confirmation link or by contacting our 24/7 support team.
Are all drivers licensed and insured?
Yes. Every driver on our platform holds a valid SRC professional transport license, has passed background checks, and operates a commercially insured vehicle inspected annually. Operators are audited quarterly for compliance.
